What are groups all about? Our groups are meant to gather individuals together during the week in order to facilitate community, support, friendship and spiritual growth.
What will the group be discussing or doing? Most groups will be discussing the previous Sunday's sermon with an emphasis on understanding and practical application. Sermon notes and discussion questions are provided. Our goal is to help group members fulfill one of the purposes of the WellSpring mission and vision of "expected spiritual growth."
What if I don't find a group that fits? We will have several groups to help you fit in with your own personality, life-stage and neighborhood setting.
What if I want to lead a group? The elders sponsor group leader training and support for any member who wishes to lead and shows potential and gifts fitting with the purpose and needs of the Community Groups. If you would like to become a group leader or would like more information about becoming one, please fill out our group interest form provided online.
